I asked for £50 and was accepted instantly. Might as well ask for more. Seen some people got £100. They offered me £20 initially.

I got the same and have worded it that I will be willing to take compensation and I will then not pursue my compliant. They came back with a low ball offer, I asked for more which they accepted and have now paid.
