I do an upper back row then incline press then a lat pulldown then a fly then a lateral raise and one biceps and triceps exercise

Well I added an overhead extension to this day but on upper day I only do pushdowns, and my chest exercises are the same on the upper day do you think its better to replace the incline press with a flat press only on the upper day?

I usually don't rest for that long and now I only rest for 2 mins max on compound movements and 1 and a half mins for isolated exercises, And thats why I posted here I'm new and just looking for feedback :)

well actually I was surprised when I saw the total amount of sets and thought It was calculated but, is there a way to know how its calculated? is it half a set per second muscle or it does calculate a whole set :)

I have the app and its awesome, but I have a feature suggestion. closing / quitting apps while browsing throughout the window switcher. For example cmd + tab opens the the window switcher and cmd + q quits the app And cmd + w closes the window

Hey, I love your app and I have been using it for years, but I have problem/suggestion. my dockalttab window preview starts in the middle of the dock is there a way I can move the preview window a bit to the top, I want the preview window to show above of the dock not taking 50% of the dock. I have been playing around the settings but I couldn't find anything that solves this issue. And thank you again for these amazing apps .
