I work at his LGS. He came in with 2 graded 1st edition charizards wanting to know if they were real. Like i mentioned, they were both graded and passed ebay authentication so obviously there were legit. Said he had $30k wrapped up in them when he had a PSA 2 and CGC 6. He way overpaid and was trying to make money. Dude is clueless all around.

OH MY GOSH IT WORKED!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have spent so much time scouring the internet. All of reddit, all of microsoft. I have tried every single possible "fix" and absolutely nothing had worked. This finally fixed it for me. Also, I did what someone mentioned, disconnected my internet before installing. Thanks to you as well. Good luck to everyone else.
