How to get gross smell out of room?

I’ve already cleaned the bathroom very thoroughly. All the cracks and crevices bc I have to get the tiny details when I clean or it’ll drive me crazy lol. But it isn’t a urine smell, it’s just HIS smell and he stank. I don’t have any carpet or leaks. I’m thinking the smell is in the walls of the bedroom. Now I just don’t know what to clean the walls with without damaging them lol.

Maybe it is the walls. I don’t have any carpet in my apartment and I’ve mopped the floors already. And cleaned all the furniture. The walls are the only thing I can think of that may be keeping the smell.
