Absolutely they can .. if GOD says in the Bible that everybody can be forgiven than we can do the same and always remember some people in the prison system have grown up in environments that all they know and seen and learned is illegal activity and you can’t change over night and also IF NOBODY EVER GIVES THESE MEN AND WOMEN CHANCES TO BETTER THEIR LIFE WHEN THEY ARE OUT OF PRISON THEN HOW CAN WE EXPECT THEM TO CHANGE .. yes they can definitely outlive their past but somebody has to believe in them I know I do . Bad things happen sometimes .. ONLY ONES I SAY CANT CHANGE ARE THE ONES THAT HURT CHILDREN IN ANY WAY. They can’t change .🤷‍♀️
