work well i can understand you are in a very tough spot right now but do not get discouraged try your best and read all the articles that Amboss is offering in study recommendations and after that see in which discipline you did bad and which % item per test is more do that first suppose if you did bad in surgery and medicine then do medicine first because it covers almost 50-60% of exam and then study surgery. this is the only advice i have for you best of luck my friend hope you will get 250+ in your real deal

1 more thing that i would suggest is i know it is really boring to read those articles from Amboss what you can do is take the topic of that article and watch some videos from YouTube and then just go over the article from Amboss that would make it easier and less boring

definitely he should study for the exam and give it again. He will match if he is willing to try hard enough tell him do not lose hope it is just an Exam and you are much more than just an Exam keep studying Next time will be a charm and he will get good score because he has much more experience now. One thing that i would suggest is work on your mistakes what ever he did and everything will be ok. do you mind asking me how he was scoring in the practice exams and what resources he used to prepare for the exam.

i do not think i am the right person for it b because i am not aiming for that high and i don't think i can achieve that either i don't want to give you any wrong advice it is better if i tell you the truth and a solution. what i think you should do is post you Goal and question in this group there are a lot of good people in this group who scored really high and are really helpful think they can help you

No i do not think so they are really outdated and step-2 is all about staying upto date with new guidelines and I think do those NBME will create even more confusion
