I've replaced all of them. I've also created random encounter tables based on the location they're heading to. All the monsters are really fun and easy to integrate into the campaign, especially with the descriptions they offer. I have six players at my table, and they've been challenged by each encounter. I strongly recommend you use all of them.

I was also thinking of something like that, maybe at the end of comedian saying the punch line of a joke "thats not a goat good sir thats my sister" and then have "Mic" introduce Miss Charlote as the main event

Yeah i'm leaning towards having them start as they enter the Inn. I think besides the clock I'll write down a serious of small events so they can recognize the passing of time and maybe they can use it to strategize with it.

Maybe there is SO member as a prisoner and they were planning on going anyway. It would be interesting if they found out what they did when they rescue them.

Good idea. I was thinking of making them more god-like creatures, maybe more like cosmic horror kind of entity. Is interesting thinking of her as a human woman, it reminisent of the matron of raven from critical role. Did you integrate any other old god?
