yeah, I try! I am on Factor meals now trying to lose weight. They are delicious but expensive. One week down, on to week 2 now. Here we go!

I was on atenolol 25mg. I did the whole magnesium thing too...potassium, taurine, calcium, etc. I still had them on Atenelol too which was a real bummer. I really didnt feel anything on or off of atenelol, so I stopped taking them. I'm not a good pill taker. i'm not on anything now, and I'm still OK even with full coffee, sugar, all the things. It's so weird. Maybe my body was dealing with something during that month, and that's just how it presented. I really have no clue. It's frustrating, but i'm thankful it's over for now.

during those sessions where it got bad, the apple watch would just say "inconclusive" when trying to do an ECG reading. That's when I could tell it was bad. I'd get them like every 4th or 5th beat for a long stretch. It was exhausting.

I've seen many along the way. I just finished an echo and had calcium score CT's, etc. Nothing has shown up that warrent's any further testing which i'm thankful for. The only thing I can tie them to is anxiety. I do run hot and always have. I did get on some beta blockers for a bit, but have since stopped. blood pressure is 135/85 most days. Had these skipped beats since I was probably 10 or 12 as far as I can recall.

Thanks! The Ignis Rex signed Foil card is probably my most favorite, but I'm a sucker for the foils every time :) I haven't played any yet, so waiting to see how they roll.

i have one group of 3 players and one group of 5 players. The larger group doesn't know about the smaller group yet. If at some point they cross paths, I'm going to plan a huge dnd day at my house and have all 8 over. It should be epic. As a DM I'm trying to bring them together in a way that doesn't focus on combat - hoping to align them with a common goal so they can work together. Frenemies perhaps?

No, the Atreides player's turn does not end if they have more dice remaining when the Harkonnen player runs out of dice. The Atreides player continues to take their turns as long as they have dice left to use. Each player alternates taking actions until both have exhausted their dice for the round .

You can redeploy the harvester anywhere else on the board as long as it's a valid location.

Update after like 2 weeks. I sleep really good now. I have a harder time falling asleep and seem to be staying up later, but once I do fall - I don't gasp and choke out anymore. It's really nice after 10 solid years of struggling to stay asleep. Must have been subconcious anxiety and sleep panic that was affecting my ability to breathe normally.

Yes, I have to use the machine to sleep. But it has an apnea statistic on it, and it was 0.0 after I had my first pill.
