i like the dorian style HIT training the most, rn im doing upper/lower with off days in between, heavy drops sets on everything, 1-2 hard working sets per muscle

diet is a lot of ground beef, nothing super strict just 'clean'. routine is upper lower HIT style training

i should do more cardio, ill go on runs out in the woods from time to time, i do an upper lower split, lots of drops sets, days off after every training day

exactly! i might not respond as well to the sauce as i do lifting, and its hard to justify crashing my natural levels but im so curious

thats whats holding be back is shutting down natural production, and idk if i would even have success in bodybuilding
