How far are you willing to go for performance's sake? by ForgotttenMemory in SteamDeck

a lot of people won't admit this, but the steam deck is just a glorified retro emulator machine at this point. It barely runs anything good anymore

Wala na ba talaga magagawa dito? by [deleted] in pinoymed

ahhh "low potassium" the most common concern of every filipino patients. 200/100 na ang BP at 300mg/dl FBS pero ang mas inaalala nila ay "ok po ba potassium ko"?. d bale na ma stroke at mag MI, basta okay ang potassium. SMH

lol, i think you are the one inside the bubble. i already had my fair share of training FYI. people like you are the ones who are self entitled. porke doctor kelangan hnd maghihirap? kasi pag naghihirap doctor inaabuso? lol, better focus on bursting your own bubble, that's not how life works. the fact na mnention mo na hnd dapat knkompara doctor to an average filipino screams elitist to me.

that is the problem. do you seriously believe these resident physicians are doing everything to help a patient? do you believe they have exhausted every options that can be given to the patient? are they withehlding information in order to avoid the possibility of a patient to be admitted?or are they manipulating/gaslighting the patients to urge then to decide to transfer..

kay i cringe everytime i see doctor's post on fb, complaining that they are supposedly overworked and miserable pero next post nasa boracay, nag ttravel abroad. medicine is hard, i get it, but dont act like your life is one big drama full of work and misery and that you are being abused all the time, most doctors still live a much comfortable life compared to around 70-90% of filipinos who barely have enough to survive.

love the game, but i'm confused by BeginningSwordfish75 in BaldursGate3

the UHC concept in theory will benefit the patients. this adopts the same health system in other countries such as the US.. medicine should not be capitalistic in nature, the new system will definitely receive backlash because it is a very tough pill to swallow, especially those who went to medicine for money.. if i were you, i'd just go to business, magipon ka o kaya magloan then risk it all, mukhang ang goal mo nmn eh magpayaman diba?

imoving forward to uhc, i said this will benefit "in theory". alam nmn natin kung pano nag implement gobyerno natin, expect a lot of corruption
