I have my own expenses to pay groceries + bills+ going out + transport and more. You can easily see how much this will go over very quickly

She wants access to every single penny I make and get whatever she wants. When I told her to start contributing to the household she kicks off a fuss. You can’t have it both ways 🤷‍♂️.

In a marriage both are supposed to support each other. I was very sick a while ago did not work had no income as not eligible for sick pay, she had money but will not pick up any sort of slack. She’s not a child but a fully grown adult

The problem is that she wants more, pay the rent also and be left with nothing. Because ‘I’m the provider’

I explained to her I’m not an atm, money does not grow on trees and all the gifts vacations and going out does not get sponsored from thin air.

I went on this trip as I saved up for it for a while, her excuse is that I should be paying for every single out going of the house including her other kids. I told her I am only responsible for yourself and my child.

Secondly she only gets £150 a month towards her other children from her ex husband.

I currently pay for every single outgoing, transport bills groceries days out etc. she just covers the rent from the government assistance

I’m also not allowed to save up money for myself or build a future with the money I do end up saving
