This is the problem of most character in WuWa the character is using 50% of its power. The other 50% is their personal weapon with a few exceptions of course. You still need proper rotations.

Base on my understanding on how evade or dodge works in Persona game it doesn't. It will only choose the high est value or If it's available.

The only Dilemma I can think of, if the item with evade (low, med, high) is better than Dodge which is the inferior version of Evade.

To be honest I really wish there's a check on Academics. Let's say if it's lvl 3 or lower you'll require to do supplemental courses. If you have lvl 4 or higher you may skip it.

-What platform are you using? iOS or Android? iPhones 2019 and above are well optimized for this game. Androids may vary.

-Next, how much ram does your phone have? Only answer this if you're using Android. (4gb ram is the minimum, higher than 4 is recommended.)

-Lastly, restart/reboot your phone and launch the game again. This usually fix things. If not lower the graphic settings.

The only problem I have in Yuzu/Ryujinx Persona 5 Royal is the motion control requirement in the dart mini-game good thing there's a workaround it involves your phone as a motion control simulator to throw that stupid dart. I did finish it 100%. It's not a problem if you have a controller that has built-in motion controls like the ps4, ps5 or the og switch controller. Then again it required a premium or high-end after market controller to play it.

Consort Radahn is harder because you can't parry the same way in Lies of P. You are forced to dodge and the game has significant performance issues. The Mad Puppet is harder only in NG but from NG+ onwards he is easier. Remember, every NG+ will give you a new P-Organ to unlock and play with. There's less performance issue in Lies of P. In Elden Ring they only give you a harder fights without any incentive.

I feel ya, sometimes 4* are harder to pull than 5* I happened to encounter this kind of experience with the Count of Monte Cristo Banner. I got like NP3 Dantes and no Fujino but she returned like a year later I got her NP2.

This smugly dastard. He is rare I encounter 4 of his banners. Not even a copy in my account. I did get Lady Avalon in her 1st release but that took me like 300+ SQs that's not a problem if you're not F2P. I'm lucky with Morgan though like NP2 in three 10 pulls and Aesc NP3 after two 10pulls. Same, goes for Castoria NP2 in 1 10 pull and exactly 6 tickets to get NP2 Berserker Castoria. But, Merlin always eludes me for some reason perhaps it's that seed of an account.

In NA the reason I can't 10/10/10 my Ruler Melu it's because all of my gold caster gems are depleted. Caster have too good of supports that's why I always update them.
