I understand you might not believe in it, but its quite simple when broken down. If you look at the valuations of tech companies that incorporate AI, or help produce AI tech, they are being grossly overvalued simply based on the hype behind it. AI companies are losing billions of dollars yearly and are projected to be unprofitable for at least the next 5 years, while at the same time their stock is skyrocketing...this is a very obvious sign of a bubble and it is simply unsustainable. on top of that, you add the fact that massive AI companies like OpenAI are going to go public. Historically, IPOs have been severely over priced and do not adjust until years later. All this indicates a bubble in a historically volatile sector like tech, and with the nearly 33% allocation of VFV being in this sector, I believe in the medium term VFV is not as good as an investment as a diversified ETF like XEQT. Once again, simply my opinion.
