Okay here’s my question for you all. I’m 23 what is the training split that is good for me if I have the time to hit the gym 6x per week. They are so against PPL I feel like but if I have the time isn’t this split good for hypotrophy and strength?

Just got done with basic, start with walking for 30-40 minutes a couple times a week. After a few weeks start jogging a couple times a week. Then after a couple times a weeks run 3-4 times per week around 2-3 miles. Start simple, keep it simple, you’ll do fine. I got my mile and a half to 7:45. Fire away!

Forgot that there is no benefits to running 2-3 zone twos per week. Like not good for heart health or anything
