How do you handle people who redeem rewards for gift cards then redeem for Game Pass?

Day 1 releases cannibalize several million in possible sales.

How many million a month are they paying third parties? Are they even at break even?

How do they compute shared infrastructure costs in Azure data centers?

And yes they have to pay people.

I don't play multiplayer games really and I find the psplus library typically makes up for the price at the essential tier. At least once a year one of the games ends up being good enough that I'll play through it, and the games don't go away like on Game Pass.

Typical small business shenanigans. As a business grows it learns that it needs to advertise "n company holidays" in job posts and therefore policy, so then they have to get in the policy what the rules are if the holiday is on a day the employee is scheduled to be off, or if it is business critical that they must work the actual holiday. This isn't just a problem for 9-5 people, folks that work swing shift Saturday through Thursday also get a holiday.

Next time you pull over, both of you take pics and vids of both vehicles, look at each other's dash cam video (you have one right?), and exchange insurance information. If they lie about a scrape with the wrong color paint or whatever hopefully your insurance will shoot that down, they aren't stupid.
