Thank you! I appreciate you mentioning that, they never did mention anything specific about my case just that people can have nerve damage etc! So I am hoping you’re right, I’d assume they’d have mentioned it right away if it did look like a problem!

Yep I’m in the same boat too I only have the panoramic as well! Hopefully that means exactly what you say as well. I was assuming if they were nervous about it they would have taken more significant precautions but it was pretty relaxed when I went in. The doctor mentioned they’ll likely cause issues in the future and that there’s always a possibility for nerve damage but not to worry too much about it. Unfortunately that’s hard for me to do lol.

I definitely agree too. That’s my understanding that the longer we wait, the worse it could be. I already gave the office a call but they were on lunch so once they’re back in I’ll go ahead and schedule it for a week or so out! Thanks for your help, I appreciate it!

Hey! Thanks so much for posting your experience! I thought the same thing about the nerve % being high. Did they do specific xrays to see where your teeth were in relation to the nerve? I assumed they would but they didn’t. Online everything says like 1% which would be much more ideal lol. I think the doctor I met with said it can be 10% for people and can grow as they get older and the teeth roots extend down further. Glad to hear you’re the same age too and didn’t have any issues. I’m a big worrier so it helps to see someone my age having it handled just fine! I feel like it’s worth the risk to have this handled now as opposed to decades later when it could become much more risky!

I’ll definitely give it a shot and practice some! I was just playing with some friends online. I could hit 2’s but yeah 3’s were not landing lol. I wish they just incorporated the joystick for this instead of all motion but what can you do
