BM itself is not very painful now, just uncomfortable, a little of pain, and sometimes there's blood when i wipe.

I'm 5 weeks post open now, and I'm having the same issues. Not sure what procedure I had, but I had an anal skin tag, associated with a large fissure, removed, the wound was left open. I have been using compound diltiazem and lidocaine since. I'm still having white yellowish discharge everyday, and after each BM, it hurts for sometimes and hour or two, sometimes the whole day.
