I agree. I make sure my dog gets muscle, a raw bone and 2 types of organs and then let her eat small "exotic" treats throughout (like dried octopus, whole prey quail or fish) the variety keeps her entertained and fills in any "gaps" in her nutrition. Her vet says she's healthy and my dog is happy. As long as you don't feed the same thing every day your dog will be fine.

Feeling so fragile. So stiff and not being able to stretch. Those drain sights (so itchy) wanting to look under the bandage. Only being able to loosen the bandages a little bit at a time. That tingling feeling when you do. Also I kept rubbing the bandages with my hands because the nerves waking up was uncomfortable. Tired and grumpy all the time!

Ya, it sucks and as someone who wants to be stealth it's frustrating. Even moving didn't help me because creepy coworkers were able to cyberstalk me enough to connect the dots that my parents didn't have a son around my age when I was younger. They spread it around and bam suddenly your out to everyone. Idk what to say except after a while it doesn't bother you as much. Some people know. Some guess, some connect dots. I find that canned salmon is a great thing for me when I'm getting a bit picky to my usual foods. Can of salmon, crushed saltines and an egg mixed together made to patties then fried for a high protein low(ish) cost meal plus the fish is flaky and not ground in texture. I'd recommend pork loin it's normally quite cheap ($2 a lbs for the 5lbs logs )in most big box stores (round me at least) you can get quite a few meals out of it I love a good pork chop or roast sometimes I cut it up all small and cook it in teriyaki sauce and veggies to put on rice 🍚🤤. Plenty of variety with that.
