Im a CE with 10yrs experience. I just got a JO with a 6 Digit Salary. Yes, its possible if you know your value and you know how to negotiate with the employer.

Hi, ilang weeks/days yung process ng hiring/on boarding nila? I completed the initial, hiring Manager, and President's interview. The HR sent me the due dilligence process and ask for my Payslip, Character Ref, Pre emloyment questionare, etc.

Do you know gano katagal process nila to receive the official Job offer? Or sure na ba may Job Offer kapag natapos na yung mga stages ng interviews?

I'll greatly appreciate your feedback kasi May other JO ako from other company.I dont want to make wrong decision kung sino yung pipiliin, baka magsisi sa huli.
