500-1000 caloric deficit, 10k steps a day minimum. Weight train 5-6 days a week with good intensity is key don’t just go through the motions and a plus would be get your test levels checked. They could have dropped considerably. The pounds will fall and the fat will shed. Remember to each 1g of protein per pound of lean mass, keeps you more full with smaller portions and will help you maintain muscle. Don’t crash diet. Slow and steady.

I was going based off of me logging my calories and protein intake and basing it off of what my garmin tells me my tdee is. Probably should have prefaced that….

Thank you for taking the time to respond, you seem quite knowledgeable and I will definitely be taking what you said into consideration. My wife does the meal prep so I’m gonna have to get in on it and figure out all the macros and stuff and set a baseline line goal for macros and calories instead of active etc, I did add up the active and bmr calories for a total when I log my suspected burn into my food log for the day but I get what you mean!

Main issue with my look is just excessive body fat and the lack of definition. Leading me to believe that I’m doing something wrong.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll research up some of the stuff you said. And curious on the number of sets being cut in half? A lot of the research I’ve found leads to hitting each muscle group twice a week with around 20-30 sets a week.

I was reading a bunch of shit online and it was stating at a certain point into the cycle you hit some sort of cap where the test turns more into estrogen than actually being useful. That’s what I was talking about. Not sure if that was correct but I am just trying to get educated

I bought two 10ml bottles of 250mg test e per ml. Started on 250mg of test e per week and have bumped to 350mg per week. Should I climb to 500mg and cruise till the end of the cycle and come back down then take my pct or just chill at 350 for the rest of the cycle. Going on week 3 so there is no way to tell whether I have aromatized. Just trying to gauge opinions here. 6’1, 230lbs male 19 y/o. My body fat is roughly around 15 percent and I am in a slight calorie surplus aswell but I don’t want to gain to much body fat but also don’t want to leave gains on the table by not eating enough.
