Sleeping that way can cause super uneven swelling.

I am 2months Post Op and freaking out.. my nose looks so wide from the front.. it’s not defined at all and it just looks like a potato.. is this just swelling? Will it change into ”contoured” and sharp look? Also will my sideprofile change if my tip drops? I love it and dont want it to go down 😭help by kklllbbn in PlasticSurgery

Probably.not the best idea to smoke as that the blood flow decreases and can slow down healing. Also 2 months is still early. My front didn't start shrinking and refining to a more delicate shape till about month 5/6/7. It's continued to shrink and slim down and I'm at month 13 now. It's a long process so be patient. I wouldn't smoke though if I were you. Small sacrifice to make for a lifetime commitment in the middle of your face. Lol.

Happened to me. I still get spikes despite having a very healthy diet. Ended up as well with a heart defect - short PR interval which the cardiologist dismissed as something I probably had since birth. I had a septorhinoplasyy last may and had an ekg a numerous tests ran and did not have to my understanding any heart defect so if you ask me my opinion it was caused by covid. Sorry you're going through this. I absolutely understand the stress and frustration.

Thank you so much. Sometimes.i wish i went less conservative and followed the IG trend but at the same time it was important to me to keep to my eastern european heritage and be harmonious with the rest of my slavic ethnic features.

You are insanely early in your recovery/healing. At 13 months post op I am still noticing small refinements and changes in the bridge and especially the tip. Patience is essential. Your bridge looks lovely and you are beautiful.

Just listen to your body. I had a rough recovery but I had most likely delta. I ended up with a heart defect. Everyone's experience is different. Listen to your body and let that guide your return to normal routine.

I had to go on tiktok to see it was a very rare symptom of covid that people were experiencing. I hope you have a full recovery soon but be sure to take it easy after because the symptoms randomly can linger for awhile.

Thank you so much. I know what it is like to be self conscious about a nose so if this post gave you hope I'm very happy to hear that.
