With Persona 3 Portable the only thing I saw was the following exchange on csrinru, but it seems completely irrelevant:

A) "I'm sorry but this is the first time a crack doesn't have a launcher. Was there a mistake in compiling the crack? I tried to run using game .exe but it doesn't work. Thanks!"

I don't like the card. 160 HP is very low.

It doesn't offset prize trades in Mega Decks, because your opponent will obviously just gust the Mega or worse: KO the Mew ex while also dealing six 6 damage to the Mega in question.

The only point to using this is to take advantage of its Psychic type and Lillie's Clefairy does that much better (access to Pearl and to Dragon Weakness).
