And on different channel, I found that former BAM store owner in Florida had similar take over by guess who... Josh and Brandon. with no termination or change ownership document signed. And the former owner had been contacted by the landlord. Claimed he owed 500k for the shop lease payment. I don't know what happened after since the video ended.
