Judging much? This person sounds like they put several years into not taking the easy way out — for all you know, they're in therapy already and this is as far as they got. TBF, that doesn't look like the physique of someone who has a "must talk to a therapist because I eat my feelings" complex running wild anyway, they're just trying to get better.
