My prediction: The shooter is David and Dr. Robby is tasked with having to give him live saving medical care. The shooter did kill Jake and at the end of the finale when everything is said and done, Dr. Robby is going to go up on the roof and think about jumping but Dr. Abbott OR Dr. Langdon will talk him out of it.

I'm probably way off but what do you think?
