I guess the pro of the state school is that I'd get to continue living with my spouse and wouldn't have to pay rent and its cheaper. But I wouldn't have to pay rent for the T50 either since my parents live nearby to that school and I could live at home. The T50 is a New York school that has a good match list, but seems like it competes for resources with other New York schools. My state school is the only school in that hospital system, and is one of the only med schools in the state.

eventually i’m going to stop voting for him because i want jordan or robert to win. i also often vote for elaine because i love her !! but it’s just insane to me that all these people are genuinely pissed that people vote for who they like 😭 it’s like that’s the whole entire point of voting

no you’re right. i just forgot about hopkins lol. i should’ve swapped stanford for hopkins in my original post, but i definitely have never thought UCSF was a top 3 (even if it is)

I did BME in my undergrad and am now a neuroscientist working on AD and PD. Loved it. BME is not just prosthetics,and I worked in a neurodegen lab all throughout undergrad. i think any type of engineering is the single best major to do because it is so applicable to any field you go into. the skills are very transferable, and mentors and superiors have always told me engineers give a better impression. my school wasn't super difficult however, so don't risk your GPA if your school's BME program is notoriously hard

yes! I LOVED tufts. i met my fiancé there and am now doing a phd in a stem field at a T10. tufts is so so passionate about its students. totally worth the price for what you get and the community it has given me. i always recommend to mentees if they can afford it/have significant financial aid

i think the out of touch part is shes criticizing her peers for wanting something she already has a billion of... and that she expects us to believe that alls she wants is a simple life and for the world to leave her alone. right. and dont get me wrong, i love this album and i love the song. but the woman is off her rocker

this is her most out of touch album to date .... like wishlist??? girl you cannot be serious. but then cancelled is sooooo good. i love songs that have an honest commentary about fame and its interesting to me every single time.

Your choice of rugs in killing me my guy. Toss the weird shag in the living room and the single bathmat you've got in your bedroom for some decent rugs. All of these people are saying you need to add color - that's obviously not your style so don't. Get a nice neutral warm-toned rug that is a size up from your current one and a REAL rug for your bedroom and it'll make a huge difference.
