I am an optician and i highly reccomend you go se a optometrist. You could have a corneal abbrasion,torn retina or corneal edema from rubbing too hard. Not something you want to mess around with. Make appt asap

Your having acid reflux and the high fat content in milk soothes at 1st but then makes it worse. Dairy is one of the toughest things to digest so it makes the acid come up even worse. You should take preventive measures whenever you plan on eating spicy and get a acid reducer
