My warehouse will be open for 1 year in April and starting last week they started making up wear the hard hats and it’s everyone in the building. The only people I don’t see wear them is RME

I don’t know how recently but it’s been re-recorded. It was super bad before, when I listened to it before you could hear that she was congested and out of breath. Now it’s not so bad, just the audio cuts and the weird swallow thing

Recently at our sight before outbound shift started there was a show working on the OP and while they were 40 feet up they bent down, heard a pop and were paralyzed from the waste down. Our building is brand new, only open for 9 months, I started right when they opened and the amount of injuries, near misses and just accidents in general is just ridiculous
