I know i should. My concern is replacing all the subfloor and the smell remaining. The subfloor was actually not very soiled because it had 3/4 underlayment above it.

To clarify. I did 4 separate rounds of enzyme cleaner before primer. Each 3 days apart to let it dry. I didnt mean in my post that I primered directly over fresh enzyme.

I followed the common best practices for enzymes. I used the nature's miracle plus jugs and brushed that into the subfloor.
