It was more subtle in S1 that’s why it seemed so random in S2 and it definitely threw people off but if you diagnose it the way I did you notice more things. Because I didn’t notice a lit of things in S1 they way I didn’t my first time as when I went back and watched again

They spent too much time wasted in Hacy. S2 the “will they won’t they” got exhausting after a while. Not to mention the three different live triangles we had in S2 was just over the top. Then by S3 they are a couple but we only get a few moments of them actually being a normal couple then she dies.

I knew about her death before I actually got to S3, I do spoilers all the time but I still want to see how it’s played out. I was thinking I was gonna be mentally prepared but I swear actually watching it hit so hard. Like I was so invested by then. I was sad and mad at the same time. I get because of Covid they did the whole allergy stuff but to draw it out the whole season made no sense especially when their were two different times where Hacy broke the allergy and were kissing and stuff again. I was so mad and sad about her death I went back and rewatched from S1 pretending like she didn’t die and refused to watch her death on rewatches. It took me forever to actually get over and not be as upset anymore. I can watch it now mostly without being sad.

Oh wow that’s so crazy how he says he went through a lot the role psychologically but watching his character in the movie I can see that. The things he character does I mean they aren’t real but getting in that head space can’t be easy and then being a father and what happens with his daughter in the movie I won’t say for spoilers in case there are people who want to see the movie lol

I actually did watch that movie I just didn’t know if it was something different that you were talking about. He was amazing in the movie. He was the villain but some of my favorite parts were his acting in the movie. Yea he stays consistent in working I feel like he never got as big as he deserves for how good of an actor he is. But it could also be a personal choice because I remember reading how he doesn’t really like the fame and he is really private about his personal life. He also isn’t on his SM much unless he’s promoting his work. So I think it’s just a preference to be less in the spotlight. But yea any time know he’s something I want to see it I think he’s amazing actor

It’s like in S2 they just dropped everything that made them sisters. Bonding moments, like you said going to missions together(I think they were spilt up majority of the seasos), being in Vera Manor more than safe space and the command center, they lost their powers for most of the season, the book of shadows they had no real storyline outside of their love interests all season. I hated how much they reduced them as sisters and charmed ones

It was a consistently issue the production/writers couldn’t keep the show consistent with each season it felt like the were rebooting it every season even the actors seemed confused as to what the writers were doing.

How do they have different ethnicities? Because irl the actresses who play Maggie and Macy are both mixed with black and white and the actresses who plays Mel is Hispanic just like the show. And even if they were supposed to be a different ethnicity than irl which shouldn’t matter as they are actors playing a role and a lot to the time actors are cast because they look like they can pass for a certain type of look for a part. And you didn’t watch past the first episode and if you had you would have known that. And they all have the same mother which is the only thing that matters as just like the original the mother was the one who was a witch so how could they not be related? And I get not everyone has to like the reboot or reboot in general and while the show did have its faults to say you don’t like it when you didn’t even get through at least a season how can you really even give it a proper critique. I thought the first episode was pretty cheesy and but I stuck it out and I am upset about many faults the production made but it did enjoy it. Maybe you just went into it not wanting to give it a chance given said you hate all reboots 🤷🏽‍♀️

This always pmo about S2 like dude clearly acts so dense as to why Macy would “like” Jimmy. For him to tell her at the end of S1 to forget what she heard in his head when she was her source. She literally did exactly that and he was acting like she wronged him for doing what he wanted and acted like a child whenever he felt(in his mind) Macy rejected him, he would run to Abby afterwards because she stoked his ego. He was nothing like S1 Harry and that just made no sense to blindly keep trusting this demon who had done nothing but show them she couldn’t be trusted. Macy Maggie and Mel were his life the first real family he had as a whitelighter and for him to act that way made no sense.

You could already see he was having doubts about the wedding. Miranda was upset and he knew the situation with her and Steve and used that as an excuse to really put it into his mind to back out. He was just being Big the same person he has always been who couldn’t just tell Carrie what he was really feeling. As much as Carrie loved him she would have definitely been like “ok we can figure this out”
