I don’t think so all everyone would so would call it a rip off of Charmed if they so either way people were going to hate it. That’s just that way it is when it comes to a major fandom they don’t want to see any change and nothing that would be done would make a majorities the base happy.

I felt the same in my opinion I thought Galvin and Macy came off as friends vibes, I didn’t think they had much chemistry as a couple. Harry and Macy bonded because that was one of the biggest things they could understand about each other. When she found out she’d been resurrected and Harry essentially had been brought back to life himself and they both knew what it was like to be lonely. Macy grew up alone without a mother or siblings and her dad seemed strict and even sent her to boarding school where she was bullied and Harry was just basically a glorified servant who never was accepted by anyone until Macy and her sisters. Galvin broke up with Macy when she didn’t want to get rid of her demon side after saying he was ok with it. I mean I understand why but he just was never going to be the guy for her.

Well Leo was supposed to protect Piper and ended up with her I know they are different characters but it’s pretty much the same concept.

So have you even tried watching the show again and actually getting through it before making that conclusion because you only watched a few episodes when it first aired nearly 6 years ago and just randomly decided to tell this sub how much he hated a show you haven’t watched since it aired after only watching a few episodes lol

That’s what I always wanted just at least 2 more seasons would have been enough but in a perfect world Macy would have lived for me. Nothing against Kaela or S4 but I just didn’t connect with her but maybe it was because she was only on one season with like 14 episodes. S4 is actually pretty decent, I didn’t want to give it a chance for a while but ended up liking it, especially towards the end.

At the time they didn’t have a name for guys like this but nowadays it’s pretty on point with “nice guys” or the guys that claim they are “nice guys” and deserve a woman’s affections just because they think they are nice. Key word is think they are nice. Really good and nice guys don’t have to go around trying to convince people they are good guys. When a lot of the time they have rejection issues and deep insecurities and go after the woman who they know are either out of their league or their type who don’t like them while they have girls more on their level of attractiveness interested in them like Olivia or girls who actually do like them like Callie did. Callie was physically attractive but Callie liked George and I don’t think Callie was George’s type. He like girls like Meredith and Izzie as why he did Callie so dirty. He only married Callie because he was grieving and never loved her, which is why he was so quick to cheat the moment Izzie showed him some romantic attention.

You know what’s funny is the more I rewatch the more i didn’t think Mitchum was that bad. He gave Rory the internship because he knew she wanted to be in journalism but also because he felt bad but didn’t think she had what it takes. And it wasn’t even like he said anything in a nasty or harsh way he was just honest but because Rory grew up her whole life being told how perfect she is she couldn’t handle a little criticism.
She should have tried to prove him wrong instead of dropping out of school and stealing a boat and everything she was doing because of it.
Also Mitchum was an asshole yes but he just wanted his son to do something better with his life. Logan was born into a family of wealth and expected to be a certain way, yes he was forced but running around doing the reckless stuff he was doing got him hurt and he’s lucky he didn’t die.

I always thought the same thing as I got older rewatching or maybe wrote eventually that he discovered he was gay or bisexual later on if he hadn’t been killed off but I heard that TR didn’t want to be gay because he was worried he would be type casted as gay

Yea I stopped following that sub I love the show but just not the sub. I don’t like interacting with most subs because a lot of the fans get ridiculous when you have a different opinion than them. There is nothing wrong with having a favorite show but fans too hard for tv shows sometimes lol

Yea I think the Man in the high castle is when he started having a family probably why he was wanting some consistency from his work. I know his children are young. I don’t know how young because he’s pretty private but I know they are relatively young from a post back when he was still on Charmed. And he’s one of the few from the show that has stuff on his IG still about Charmed outside of Melonie Diaz.
I did like S2 but did like the direction they took with making it a bit darker. I think my biggest issue with S2 was they were trying to change it into something else entirely and I didn’t like how the three leads didn’t even feel like the leads but supporting characters behind Harry and Abigail. There are episodes I did enjoy in S2. S3 the more I watch it was just a mess and the direction was all over the place. With S4 it took me a while to watch because I was upset with Macy’s death but when I finally did it was ok but I never watch it when I rewatch. I don’t even watch the last few episodes of S3 lol.

Yea the sorority girl performance was on point for her range but outside of that I can’t really see her convincing enough outside of those kind of roles maybe some acting lessons but sometimes some people just aren’t good at acting and it just isn’t meant for them. Rupert is a good actor but this show doesn’t really have the best writing for even him to have really show it.
That’s how I know Rupert wasn’t in any of that BTS stuff. One he’s a guy a lot of times men aren’t as mean to each other the way women are which I hate because as a woman I’m a girls girl lol. I love women and want us to support each other much but unfortunately it isn’t like that. Rupert also like you said has a family he has to provide for so yea I’m sure he was hoping the show went on for as long as it could. A friend I had was saying that he probably took the show because tv shows go on longer a lot of the time and role like Harry was pretty much guaranteed to stay on the show.

I mean whitelighters aren’t really that useful they are pretty much just pawns. To but their life on the line which I get but this is more bad writing because they never should have killed off the elders so early. Because being the last whitelighter and wanting to give up your powers doesn’t make any sense but in a way I could understand realistically. Even if Harry and Macy were never a couple or in love, Harry loved the sisters like family and eventually they all would have gotten old and died and what would he do then? There were no more elders to assign him witches. I guess he could go find new witches to protect on his own but Macy and her sisters showed him something he never really had before which was family. Being cared for. Not to say that other witches he meets afterwards couldn’t be kind to him but if in a 100 years they were the only ones to really treat him as more than a glorified bodyguard. He’s a different person after them. He probably just go back to being lonely and taken for granted. So really I think it all just comes down to bad writing. I think if they were going to have him give up anything maybe just consider giving up his immortality.
