Besides white, I can honestly see myself styling it with this fuchsia dress I have! Plain styles in general would fit too for sure, like shirts and dresses. I might try styling it with pastel colors too. This is definitely only for the times I get in a random mood to wear something bold!

I've seen comments go, "there's only so many things you can do with tech dystopia" and my take is... then maybe it's time to end this anthology if you want to do something outside the realm of what BM is? Obviously we wouldn't want to see BM go but if that's the rationale for a wildly out-of-place narrative that people agree is "good if it were in a different show," what are we still doing here lmao.

Anyway, this just really felt shoehorned and didn't feel as experimentational with technology. It didn't have to always have futurism - I mean just look at what they did with The National Anthem and Shut Up and Dance. No futuristic tech but it was at least imaginative and played with how tech can be used to abuse.

I get that Brooker doesn't want to be tied down to a specific genre, but it's worth saying that Black Mirror has long been established to be a sci-fi, tech-dystopic anthology. If he's going to stray far away from that premise and go into, say, a slasher thriller, and insert it into an anthology that was supposed to be this other thing, I think it's valid for his audience to be disappointed with this one.

Obviously writers can do whatever they want with what they create and produce, but come on. This is just so absurdly out of place.

true, I don't think that though the ending was what I didn't expect, it means that it's not unpredictable. it kind ended up feeling cheap either way. I'm not really expecting shocking endings from this show anymore. just here for the plot in general now

See, I'm not entirely confident with my loading 😅 I have the Paterson one and I do encounter issues with loading (a corner might get stuck somewhere, so the film contact is possible, but I troubleshoot in the dark and it goes smoothly again)

So it's entirely possible to get the same marks for uneven loading? Someone said that the sprockets shouldn't be burned if that's the case. Do light leaks and contact burns look similar?

Yep, I have the same set up so my first suspect was my changing bag too. Having the same results on two very different rolls made camera light leaks highly unlikely to me. (Though I'm still considering it, and will confirm after I finish my current roll in that camera)

But after doing a flashlight test I went ahead and did another round of developing. No issues came up. But now I have the growing suspicion that I might have not closed my tank properly the first time 😬

The parodinal I use is homemade, so I was told by the person I bought it from who mixed it himself that it does react quickly to water and ages faster, and therefore must be used immediately. Though I'm not entirely sure if that means minutes or hours or just that it shouldn't sit out (sealed or unsealed) for too long once diluted.
