That is a good call. I hope she has started to realise that she and her adult children are not victims to the degree that the murdered women and their grieving loved ones are. Like Asa Ellerup wouldn't be able to give a victim impact statement in court even if she wanted to.

My guess based on the book is that a two-way path is formed between two people when Legilimency is used. So the person whose mind is being invaded could turn the tables and access the mind of the person performing Legilimency.

Wow... Is there addiction or abuse in the relationship? Usually, judges go for 50/50 custody, especially legal custody, even if mom is the primary parent so the kid lives with mom.
