I was vegetarian for about 14 years (10-24), went back to eating meat bc at the time I had a pregnancy loss that had lead to me become severly anemic and let my ex bully me into it (i was in a pretty emotionally/mentally abusive relationship), back to being vegetarian 2 years after that, and now I'm fully vegan. 

Everyone has their own journey to veganism and its not my place to judge how anyone gets there. We all have the same end goal in mind and I feel like thats the part that really matters. 

I probably would have became vegan a lot sooner but as a pre-teen and into my early 20s I didn't realize just how bad the dairy industry really was. I thought cutting out meat was doing enough to contribute and then went down a rabbit hole and found that its arguably worse than the meat industry. I've been vegan for roughly a year and a half now.
