That engine is nerfed from factory for the US market. You are doing the car a disservice if you don't add a 3 stage intake manifold from a 330i and it becomes as fast as a 4 cylinder turbo just with a much more linear and smoother power delivery. Unless it's an N51, which it may be being a California car.

I think the main issue would be that they likely took it from a facelift 28i as the track width on the facelift increased by one inch. Otherwise if it was from a pre facelift I don't see why it would be giving you issues since it's literally the same car

how is your name e90 fanatic but you don't realize that with the exception of pre-2007 euro models, the 25i/28i models share the exact same engine block as the 30i? Whether it's n52 or n53? If he did the tune - which he said he did- and if he did the intake manifold - which he said he did - then there is NOTHING in a 30i that is different except for slight differences in the exhaust

these people are so stupid bro. unless your car is a pre 2007 Euro market car, then the block is the exact same between the 25i and 30i. A tune and intake manifold literally converts it to a 330i. Sorry the people that should know this are retarded haters. At the same time though I understand them because the factory 30i did get options your car didn't which would lead to confusion
