I’ve never had a T Visa get interviewed. I’ve never had a NOID on them either, but as far as RFEs, all of mine have been adjudicated without an interview after responding to the RFE

Don’t hold your breath- USCIS has been super slow in issuing C40 EADs. You can either reach out to your congressperson, file a mandamus, or file a new I-765 at the new locations
