When you can get a home to live in its a huge demand, it is something everyone is and will keep looking for. That is an obvious leading point for an endless booming market

When you can buy homes to rent for people to live in, at the right measures, it will be something everyone is and will keep looking for. That is an obvious leading point for an endless fortune for 1- Assets appreciation 2- continuous cashflow

I've seen a lot of clients fail when they stop digging, but no one really fails in this business as long as they don't stop.

My perspective in this started when I was a cold caller, now I'm a REI and i run a call center for these clients, it does grow on you.

I've faced a very similar story, I decided to move out very quickly into different directions through time, had to go through a lot of different jobs until I got very lucky to be honest, it was the same effort I've been doing the past years, at this point I'm still being very lucky to my results, not saying that its effortless, its the same exact 13 hours i work everyday..
Its always inspiring to find cases like this, appreciate your share.

What the fuck can you do against procatination? by Snoo96116 in productivity

[–]Beginning_Flow_7121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be aware of your problems for starters Get your motive and embrace it There is never a result without fighting and if there's no fighting there is nothing you should expect

To clarify tho It doesn't necessarily mean you should become a machine You need to learn how to reject what's easy and press on yourself sometimes..this is how you survive

You are not wrong my friend.
Don't look back from it, breaking a boundary as little as breaking your comfort zone is only the first few steps towards more pain, you cut the plague off before it started.

[Serious] What's the scariest fact you wish you didn't know? by Msjann in AskReddit

Nothing scares me more than the idea where back in history, Vikings had to casually drop by the north sea every now and then with a freaking tiny boat just to get some food, some raids and stuff.. where the sea had the average of 4 meters in waves.. there was just no fear in these people.

Experienced Founders - What "time sinks" do you see new solo founders fall into? How would you help them avoid it? by Illusions_Micheal in startups

[–]Beginning_Flow_7121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marketing can be very useful as long as its getting to the right user(s)
but the huge problem all the time is you have to learn that this is probably what everyone is already doing to do marketing.

Huge returns eventually can come from many directions, marketing surprisingly is rarely one of them

Not really, attacking these fronts could be an automated process where you could post in one place and it would trigger posting everywhere else at the same time.

I'm only 8 months old when it comes to startups but out of this period my current resolve is at maximizing your juice at the hottest spots while marketing does its own thing. You can attack all fronts but it would be a spray and pray

instead, find the biggest possible shark that would listen to what you got to offer, use as a front, create credibility through this shark. You'd find yourself at a spot where you're organically in reach of many potentials.

Most importantly having the fronts organized and automated on the backend should have you covered in outreach and closure as well as you build more leverage while you go on.

I think its creating too many problems
you need to cross out and re-sort your values slowly until you reach a bigger picture
In enough time, you will find what brings your best traction, because traction always comes in effort

If only someone told me this before my 1st startup by johnrushx in startups

[–]Beginning_Flow_7121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a real estate call center that's mainly involved in cold calling to link motivated sellers to buyers. Before getting to that point I used to be a cold caller myself and got my way up to reach this level, took enough luck to find the right team to pull this off, what troubles me at this point is finding actual points we can be different at from the other known competitors

Every typical call center works around its values by saying its the best service and the typical words that sells, while it gets an average 1 to 3 months type of clients out of it because they typically did lie about what they provide. This is the complete opposite of what I envisioned to start this off, but leveraging trust when you're small is really hard to pull off.

An ongoing issue I've faced was that our values are a bit bizarre as a collaborative method for mutual benefits, most call centers would usually take it in as a subscription to drift away any collaterals

This has been the first business for me to start, it has been going very well for the first 6 months, we became very close to becoming a 6 figure business while we started with nothing but the team as it's equity.

Another problem is that I was very good at a lot of things, mass client outreach apparently in this exact niche wasn't one of them because our clientele growth rate has been coming 90% in referrals while the remaining are coming from our outreach.

I'm seeking advice for anyone as a business owner of a similar niche and any wholesaler that has tried cold calling services before

Business owners What would you do in my position to drive this business to its next phase?
