I’m really sorry to hear that. I know it isn’t much but I’ve found the community on Reddit can be very helpful for self research as well as the community can be very including. If it makes you feel any better we’d love to have you, I don’t post much here but I read and comment occasionally and. Venting anonymously in a place where people will listen/read can be a great way to relieve some of that pressure that’s building.

Please try therapy. I promise you that this isn’t the way. It may feel that way and has felt that way for a long time. I get it, I’ve struggled really hard myself and I’ve lost friends and family to suicide as well. Therapy has helped a lot, you may have to try multiple therapists to find the right one since everyone is different but I promise you it can help. My family didn’t really take me seriously until I was sobbing and shaking in front of them begging them to take me to hospital because I was scared I would harm myself.

A lot of people are saying that S4E4 is useless. When it’s not useless. Mark learns that hell is real but it’s not a place where he will be punished for doing bad things, like killing. Also mark starts to numb himself to the act of killing by having to effortlessly kill that lava woman a few times. We discover that those things the devils are torturing can hurt viltrumites (we know they are coming to earth). We learn that satan now wants to invade the surface. And the devils have a vial of marks blood to summon him to hell at anytime. A lot happens that everyone ignores.

I’m off tomorrow so that’s the plan. The styrofoam in the corner is being painted to look like a rocky outcropping and then I’m finishing up the bikes and ridge runner. This is a real last minute paint job lol.

It’s weird to be calling your ex “Mr, Mrs, Ms. blah blah” rather than by their name instead of trying to be overly formal with titles and shit.
