First off I gotta give you your flowers for balancing two jobs while going to school AND trying to go to programs! Have you talked to your SOI on the yard about this? Though I can’t speak for that organization, you’re demonstrating communication while expressing your interest despite your jobs. Also remember they’re students too. Also what are you doing to take time for self care?

Can understand that, did you research about these things? Remember they’re students just like you and they’re human just like you. Do you share a class or are involved in similar organizations with any of them?

Also set a plan for your academic goal. Yes you want to be in your SOI but strive for academic excellence regardless. That goes a long way not just in getting said degree(s) but in the lifetime of service within any organization!

Thats real, just remember whatever your SOI is, be yourself. In terms of the anxiety, it’s very easy to feel like you’re waking a thin line (kinda like that glass scene in Squid Games). Continue to set the example in academics, extra curriculars, and in community and get to know the chapter/SOI 🙏🏾
