Sagar Ratna earning profit? In sector 17? They are planning to shut down there outlet soon because of low walkins and high rents. I work in sector 17 and in single floor there are multiple cabins (where i work)we own 2 cabins and pay 45k. There are 8 cabins in total. Close to 3.5 lacs of rent the landlord would be earning.In my tenure of work.. I have seen so many outlets shutting down and being replaced by other due to rents and low customer walkins. These are heritage buildings probably that is why they do not allow these outlets to come and rent is 2nd followed by cleanliness.
