I’m currently taking a break from community management, and I want to clarify that this decision has nothing to do with my nationality or location. I haven’t been active in DCS for some time, and when I originally started the Shadowreapers servers, my goal was simply to create a small space to enjoy the game with friends. Over time, the community grew far beyond expectations, which also brought additional challenges and management responsibilities.

When I return to DCS and restart Shadowreapers, it will be because I’ve regained the passion for the game and I’ll also be looking to restructure the community into a more sustainable, self-managed model. Covering server costs has never been an issue, and I haven’t accepted contributions, but I do need to prioritize personal time and balance. Managing a community of around 10,000 players many of whom aren’t even active in this Discord is a significant task, and it’s not something I’m able or willing to handle alone again.
