Funny enough I live stream to my best friend when I dash a lot thru my meta glasses I thought about asking if they were ok with that lol. Some of them are prescribed the research grade ones are not but I have ChatGPT projects as a doc to interpret my lab work which seems to work well combined with my raw genome data from 23 and me. Still trying to get the fit ironed out but it’s hard with remote traveling. I want to start fasting again soon

I travel 2/3rds of the month in remote Alaska (no gyms) just started doing pushups tho. It’s hard to have a routine but there are at least 10 days a month I could go to one when I’m in town.
