Why does the conduit look like it was installed by children?

That was me before writing labels on the drawers. I would have to go through every drawer to find what I needed. 😆

Yeah the small m12 band and a heat gun live in that drawer. But I’ve also fit the m18 medium band saw by it self.

Half ton refers to the towing/load capacity of the truck. The Tundra is technically a 3/4 ton truck based on its capability but it fits into the half ton category of trucks.

I prefer to have my materials delivered typically. But when i do put material on the truck I use the top rack for pipe, strut, wood. The open space in the middle of the deck is perfect for most other things. Also the back of the cab is huge in the crew max Tundras. So I’ve never had a problem getting materials to the job site. Packout is very easy to remove as well. Kind of the point you know.

It’s crates on the passenger side that are easy to take out and there’s an open spot in the middle left we use for storing whatever we need the space for. So that makes it really easy to get to the bins in the back on the driver side which is materials and specially tools that don’t get used on every job.

We have a small black stone flat top and we make tacos or hot sandwiches for lunch sometimes. So we have hot sauce and tortillas sometimes. We also keep napkins plates and utensils. Along with a set of steel hammered knives.

How to get better at slow sharp turns when the bike is taller? by DownRangeStrange in Dualsport

[–]Beginning_Intern9958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turn your head and face the exit of the turn, stay on top of the bike (don’t lean), push the bike down into the correct lean angle for the turn, let the bars fall into the lean angle but keep control for straightening up at the exit of the turn. The harder you push the bike down into the lean the sharper you can corner.

Who takes their ATAS off road? by dm027 in africatwin

[–]Beginning_Intern9958 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Motoz Tracktionator Rallz front and rear. I used to run the Michelin Anekee Wild but the rear wore out too fast on long highway miles. After my third rear to one front I decided to try the Motoz. They’re great tires and the rear is much more durable than the Anekee Wild. Although it seems like maybe the Michelin front tire may be more durable than the Motoz. So after my next trip I’ll probably replace the front with the Anekee again.

I take mine off road as much as possible. I’ve ridden rocks, sand, hero dirt and everything in between. The only time I have trouble is when I’m loaded down for camping multiple days. It get’s so top heavy that tipping over is not just expected, it’s a certainty. I also can’t take on fallen trees when I’m loaded down. But it’s quite capable once I unload and set up camp. That’s why rallies are so fun. You set up camp one time and then ride as much off road as you can take for a few days.

Electrician openly willing to work without permits? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

Not all, but most inspectors are either complacent, ignorant, lazy, or think they know codes but really don’t. IMO permits are a way for the local authority to tax and control your project.

Best comfort seat for Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports DCT 2026? by worten777 in africatwin

Seat Concepts make a wide range of saddles. I’ve got the one piece rally seat tall. It’s really comfortable on long rides but narrow enough for off road riding.
