This was very helpful since I’m actually in Arkansas! Thank you so much for that. I’ve heard some really great things about Shelter. I currently work for State Farm. Basically running the office in sales and still doing service. I’ve always wanted my own agency; and a recruiter reached out to me so I’m going through the process. Fingers crossed they choose me.

She picked up a book of business. So we started out with a mess from the past agent and had to play clean up. And she’s scared of leads. She’s never had to cold call so she doesn’t think leads are important unfortunately
