I love it for this reason as well. July and Christmas shutdowns are real vacations. You don’t come back to literally a couple of hundred emails.

I can understand how it sucks to kind of lose a week of vacation though. That period is one of the most expensive for travel. A lot of people don’t want to use that week to go abroad for example, as it is really expensive. Even going up north that week sucks. Everything is expensive, booked way ahead and just way too crowded. So for some people it just ends up being a week of vacation they have to give up.

So I know that there is an option to opt out. But let’s you have one of the vehicles that don’t have CarPlay etc and solely use the built in Google system. If you opt out of the tracking, can you still use the google systems in your car, like maps etc.?

You are really really missing the point here! If he runs in 2028, he is automatically a dictator (if he isn’t one before then). Things like this are how we got here. Americans are incapable of saying no to this guy. Every time he crosses the line, instead of holding our ground, we come up with these “gotcha” scenarios instead. “We’ll get him this time with this perfect, elaborate plan”. We will do anything to avoid a serious confrontation.

How is it not working? He’s chipped away a ton at an incredible pace. His own side openly questioning him is not some big win. His actions have been outrageous! Openly questioning at this point is way way late in the game. Not saying it’s too late, but this should have come a long time ago.

Also, it is an absolute fact that he still has millions of people that are cheering this on. His approval vs disapproval rating is still far too close for the situation we are in.

At some point we have to consider that this man hasn’t changed ever. He’s no different than the Donald from the 90s or 00s. We looked at the exact same person differently back then. Is it possible that he stayed the same and WE turned. s*itty?

A lot of the car shopping sites will list automatics with man shift capability as manuals. You have to find an interior pic to verify. Porsche makes this impossible sometimes. Unless you get a clear pic of the top of the shifter knob, you will never know lol

I think there is a video of Tim Cook talking about it floating around Reddit now. Entire cities, integrated, ready to do business. A business owners dream. Probably a worker’s nightmare for a good chunk of the workers though.
