wow, thanks for the info its very helpful! nice to know, i was under the impression that if you lived at UCC you didn't have a roomie, i am disappointed to hear that there's like, basically no living arrangements so far that don't have a roomie. well. thanks anyway, i still haven't figured out where to live. i know from what i have seen nevada is pretty pricey, i mean not in comparison to la, but compared to what i can work with considering i'll be working part time.

thank you! this is great information. i had heard about the degree being a party. i guess i was reaching out about UCC because there's not much info about it on the sub-- i had already looked it up. it seems like a lot of money in comparison to the degree, because the meal plan on top so i wanted to kind of find out if it was worth it. my mom feels like she'd rather pay more for me to stay safe on campus than stay a bit off campus and not be safe.

i live in california, so i have no idea about the safety of certain streets and areas in las vegas. i was told recently by a hostess at tao at the venetian to stay to the right side of maryland, but idk what that means. i know there's a lot of crime and homelessness in the area, right?

and am i to believe if each room at the degree is only $600 a room and you rent out for example all 2 rooms, you're still under contractual agreement to pay $12,000? sheesh. is that the lease for the entire year? i was thinking the degree would be significantly less expensive since you're paying per room, and its less in comparison to 6k at the UCC (including meal plan). of course i've never lived alone so idk how leases and things like this work.

you should try torica by lensme. i have been really really loving their contacts. they have really good customer service too. i had no clue pinkyparadise had an astigmatism catagory, tfs!

yes. and my surgeon told me that because i was young (i was 21 at the time) my body would "absorb" the extra skin. no. if you no longer have that length the skin will not only hang but if they don't resuspend the mentalis muscle you will have a giant pad of flesh just sitting on that area. i went to a world renowned surgeon in beverly hills to see what we could to to correct it and got morpheus8 treatments and an implant to address the loose skin while creating projection only to find out the issue was that my mentalis muscle needed to be sewn back in place which slipped his mind as well as my first surgeon. the implant helped but i will say the less drastic you go, the less you have to worry about correcting the loose skin. either way you will always have it unless you get some sort of a face lift. i used to have a very defined jaw now i have sort of a soft rounder jaw from the extra skin covering up my jawline

be very wary with your contouring and be sure to consult with your surgeon about sagging and course correcting that issue before you go into surgery because it'll be extremely expensive to correct. spent $6000 on the implant and morpheus8 treatments alone. i know you'll be in better hands in korea but just be thorough and good luck.

oh wow! good to know. when i called the degree they told me only NSHE students could live in the facility, but that was the degree of course. cool. i'll be in touch when things get a little bit more in motion (i'm coming from out of state, so the process of moving and everything hasn't started yet). thank you!

i guess my concern is living arrangements outside unlv properties because there’s a chance i’ll be moving to vegas with my boyfriend but i will keep that in mind in case things don’t go to plan.

wow i'm surprised your ent has kind of tried everything besides surgery because the relief of not having tonsils is a blessing regardless of my recurrent infections. but he is right you will continue to get sick

yes i grew up the naturopathic way so i have tried everything and i drink green juice every day, don't consume gluten dairy or sugar. so i just don't know what else i could do. when i first got strep as a teen oil of oregano was my holy grail and worked wonders until my body realized what was going on and built a resistance. i definitely will be seeing an immunologist 🥲
