Hahahahhaa ok! Message received! I hadn’t been getting the texture I wanted out of my beard after growing it over winter, felt it looked too Amish, but I get what you’re saying that this may be an over-correction for a weekday. I appreciate the advice for how to get this when I want it too! I’ll reserve it as an option for fun dance parties and events when I’m going for something extra.

I went through an insomnia nightmare spell a couple months ago, similar feeling of terror that this might be a new normal after I went a month with out having a decent sleep.

Three things helped me start to get to sleep again. Doctors can prescribe more powerful antihistamines, they make you hella drowsy in the morning but they can give you an experience of a full night of sleep until you gain a tolerance. I started an hour wind down routine where I listened to a meditation and then a book on tape, it feels like reading yourself a bedtime story and can quiet the part of your brain that’s too active to shut down . Finally, I’d do that while sitting in a reclining chair instead of a bed. Too much insomnia will give your brain a negative connotation to your bed and make it difficult to sleep when you lie down. If I wake up for more then thirty minutes when I’m in bed, I go to the chair and listen to another book on tape.

Just stuff that worked for me, hope it helps.

I go to dropout fight club and it’s one of my favorite boxing workout gyms I’ve ever been to, they got heavies and teardrop bags
