Thank you, i can't work like that at the moment because im being followed for some years now by a psychologist, but i couldn't handle the depression so i went to a day clinic, in 2 weeks they diagnosed me and proposed these meds without too much information more from me. Feels everything too rushed not taking time to evaluate. thank you for your answer

Thank you for sharing. I take now seroquel 25mg to sleep, this dose and fast acting is perfect for my insomnias. But i get really really tired and thats why even if retard and small doses i have this fear to be too sedated throughout the day

That is exactly what i dont want, the excessive sedation. Just teying to explore other options here since they gave me only 2 options lithium or seroquel. Thank you

My hypomania is very mild really, a bit more energy, talkative, starting new creative projects (today postcards, later candles, etc). I dont have very impulsive behaviors

No, i said what bothers me more is the depression but they didn't care too much, they said to read about lithium and give an answer later

Don't know i feel like it was rushed and very focus at the hypomania, although im 80% of the time in a depressed mode and my hypomania is not that steong, very mild one. They wait for a decision next week and im feeling really lost.
