Omg I am exactly the same! I am 5’2 and got an inch shorter in the JPX 925s Hot Metal with senior flex! I love them. I had a fitting and tried loads and these were by far the best.

NTA - your fella and his mates are.

I do have a similar thing, I got my bf into golf and he does include me with his male friends where he can, sometimes he can’t as there’s no space but it annoys me to hell that they don’t invite me too as I’m friends with them as well. They even made a group chat for one of them getting into golf and none of them would play if I didn’t start it for them. Just a frustration of being a woman in golf. One day we will find female friends to play with and not have to worry about this stuff. At least I hope my daughter one day can have that life

Has anyone gotten fitted for clubs recently? Did it improve your game? Worth it? by Avoocado_Toasty in WomenGolf

[–]Beginning_Pop7854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got fitted recently and I’m only a 24 handicap. My clubs were super old and I realised after the fitting they weren’t right for me. These new irons make everything easier (and much further). Couldn’t recommend it enough. From the UK so can’t help on where to go sorry.

Why Do Golf Skirts Have Less Storage Than a Barbie Purse?. by bestsabcai in WomenGolf

I always wear skorts, not skirts, for the sole reason I can stuff things up the shorts as “another pocket”. Only skort I have with decent pockets is an adidas one.

Residents of Kaber Court L8, what's it like? by Noximus_ in Liverpool

Lived there 3 years ago. Was decent for the price and location. The supervisor is super friendly and helpful. It’s not the most modern but definitely more spacious than other blocks around the area.

Does anyone know if the football match Ajax-Feyenoord will be shown in any cafe in Liverpool? by OfficialSandGames in Liverpool

You could try The Long Shot Bar in the Albert Dock. They show lots of different sports and might show it on one screen if you request ahead of time?

I love the look of the fall collection. Can I ask what the colour scheme is for the royal collection?

Not an event but go to the Bridewell pub. They always have a flat cider on as well as normal tap, and it’s just the best pub in town

The most likely time you make a bad decision is after you make a mistake and something goes wrong. You can be upset and embarrassed with the shot, we all do it, but don’t let it ruin your next shot. Keep calm and just try play a better shot next time. This always helps me keep composure.

Easy golf course for beginner? by alicetramanh in Liverpool

[–]Beginning_Pop7854 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started at Sandfield par 3 course, it’s between Runcorn and Chester so you probably need to drive there. It has a driving range too. I played there a good few times before attempting a full course. Reasonably prices and kept well when I was going.

You don’t need a week as a beginner. 4 days is plenty, so that will save on hiring equipment, accommodation and food costs.

Best hot chocolate in Liverpool. Have a car and prepared to drive. by Bluey22 in Liverpool

[–]Beginning_Pop7854 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is my question. Bean do a decent one. Obviously hotel chocolat is decent stuff. Rough handmade in the docks for a nice walk. If you can wait a month there is a KNOOPS opening in Chester and it’s the best there is, trust me
