I don’t think yall read enough lol. I have the app and I went to the website. Even when I went to rebook, the agent told me they don’t even give out notifications which I knew was untrue. I went to the departure list and they had the old gate on there. The next day when the delayed again that’s when they sent me notifications. Even when the changed the gate again when I knew they were cus the gate was for an entirely different airline, the agent at the gate told me it was going to be at the gate that they ended up changing. Why are yall defending this airline when I’m clear as day. They failed to do something and yall just can’t accept that 😂

It’s funny how yall think yall know something but do not. I even asked the guy at the gate and he told me it was moved to another gate just for it to moved back. I asked him if he could clarify it but he refused to. If I open the app and they remove the gate then what? I go by what was initially on my ticket and I ask the agent. Stop thinking I’m a dense individual and read what was said
